- Keeping site free to use via ads, possibly paid premium features later
- no porn, hate speech, etc.
- User will not upload copyrighted material
- User is soley responsibility for contents of anything he/she contributes
- User agrees not to use this as a personal wiki space -- pages must be of general rather than personal interest
- User owns material he/she contributes, but grants LocalDB an unlimited license to use it and redistribute it in any way
- User agrees not to damage site with malicious deletes, bad edits, self-promotional posts
- User will not violate others' privacy by posting home addresses, etc.
- LocalDB reserves right to boot user for any reason
- User agrees not to return if booted
- LocalDB reserves right to edit, delete, or block any content/names/tags/address/other data as it sees fit, including, but not limited to, porn and hate speech.
- LocalDB reserves right to transfer documents to someone else's control
- LocalDB reserves the right to change these terms in the future
